Images on this site must not be downloaded, copied, altered, sold, reproduced, distributed or used in any commercial way. Commercial use of images is covered by stringent copyright laws and has to be authorised in writing with the photographer.

Privacy

Customers personal information will not be disclosed to any person outside Phil Cooper Photography unless the customer has authorised us to do so or unless we are required by law to disclose this information. Additionally we will not sell or receive payments or services for disclosing customer's personal information to any other person or company.

Security (including credit card transactions)

This website, and all transactions on it, are protected by the industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption.

What this means is that any customer communication with this web site (and back again) is encrypted (coded) whilst in transit to prevent anyone else from viewing the transaction.

Credit card transactions on this site are automatically re-directed to the National Australia Banks credit card processing facility. Therefore credit card trasactions and the information entered can only be viewed by the NAB.

Delivery times frames

All 'Print Only' orders should be delivered within 10 working days. Where framing or mounting options are selected the delivery times should be within 15 working days. If delays occur outside these time frames customers will be notified by text or email. 'Print only' purchases will be delivered by Australia Post. Framed or mounted images will be delivered by courier.

Returns and refund policy

Please select your purchases carefully as there are no returns or refunds on correctly completed orders.
